You shouldn't need four apps, three voice assistants and a 14-year-old to dim the lights.
We install a complete smart home as a single, properly-designed system — lights, voice,
sensors, climate, security — that works the way you live.
One installer. One number to call. One bundle that covers everything you need to live
smarter. Walk in, ask, done.
One installer designs, installs and signs it off — same person, start to finish
Fixed-price bundles — no hourly games, no scope creep
Done in a day — most installs go in between morning coffee and dinner
Works with what you already have — Google, Apple, Alexa, your existing solar
002 / How it works
Three steps. No surprises.
Pick a bundle. We come for a free walk-through, sometimes the same day. Install happens
in one visit. You're using it that night. The same person who installed it is the same
person you call when something needs a tweak.
01
Pick your bundle
Three bundles cover most homes. Pricing is on the site, not behind a quote form. If you're not sure which one, book a free 15-min chat.
02
Free walk-through
30–45 min in your home. We confirm the bundle fits, photograph the existing setup, lock in the install date. No pressure to commit on the day.
03
One-day install
We arrive, install, configure, test, and walk you through your new system. You're using it that night. 30-day support included on every bundle.
003 / The bundles
One bundle, one price, one day to install.
Every bundle is a fixed-price install — hardware, configuration, dashboard, training
and 30 days of post-install support. Add or remove rooms; the bundle adjusts.

"
Booked the Complete bundle for our new build. Free walk-through, fixed price, done in a day. Six months in and we still haven't found a thing that doesn't work.

Was nervous about getting a smart home funded through my NDIS plan. He worked directly with my OT, the quote slotted into mid-cost AT, and Mum can now run her whole house from her bed.

Had a Powerwall and a Sungrow that talked to nothing. He integrated the lot — including the VPP — and we're about $70 a month better off. Pays for itself.

Years of accumulated Aqara, Hue and Google gear that never properly worked together. Booked a Health Check expecting bad news — ended up with the Standard install. Finally does what we bought it for.

005 / What's inside every install
What every MeshHome includes.
Every bundle, every install. No upsells at handover. No "oh, you also need…"
conversations on install day.
01
Open-platform smart hub
We install Home Assistant — the open platform that works with 3,000+ smart home brands. No proprietary lock-in. No $20/month subscriptions.
02
Single dashboard, every device
One app. One screen. Every light, sensor, lock, camera, and energy reading in one place — laid out the way your family lives.
03
Voice that actually works
We configure Google Home, Apple Home or Alexa to talk to every device — not just the ones from the same brand.
04
Real automations, not toy ones
Goodnight scenes. Morning routines. Away mode. Each one designed around what your home actually does, not generic templates.
05
One-on-one handover training
We don't leave until you've used the system three times in front of us. Every install ends with a session at your kitchen table.
006 / Energy add-on
Got solar? Got a battery? Make them earn.
Most batteries installed in Australia in 2025–26 are quietly leaving $400–$900 a year on the table.
They're not enrolled in a VPP. Not scheduled for time-of-use savings. Not configured
for the new Solar Sharer offer.
For $495 we add your inverter and battery to your MeshHome system — VPP enrolment,
smart load-shifting, EV charger scheduling and a single dashboard showing what
you've earned this month.
Most of what we install qualifies as Mid-Cost Assistive Technology
under your Capital budget. We work directly with occupational therapists, plan managers
and self-managed participants across South Australia.
Independence at the door. Voice control for mobility or vision support. Routine prompts
for cognitive support. Safety monitoring for ageing in place. We design the
system around the person — not the catalogue.

Mid-Cost AT ($1,500–$15,000) needs only an OT report and a quote. No NDIA pre-approval.
Most participants already have funding sitting in their Capital budget.

008 / Already got smart gear?
We can salvage what you've already bought.
Not every home needs a fresh install. If you've already collected the bulbs, the
sensors, the cameras and the half-finished setup — book a $295 Health Check.
90 minutes on site, we audit everything, fix three things on the spot, and tell you
honestly whether to keep going or start fresh.
Smart homes drift. Hubs reboot. New gear lands. A Care Plan keeps your system
running, monitored and upgraded — the difference between a system that works
at handover and a system that still works in year three. Cancel any time.

010 / About
Built in Adelaide. For Adelaide.
We're not a franchise, not a call centre, not a marketplace. One person, one van,
one number to call. Every install is run by the same person who quoted it, installed
it, and signed it off. We know the houses, the suburbs, the weather, the gear, and the
local sparkies we partner with when a job needs hardwired work.

Honest answers.
Can't find what you need? Email hello@meshhome.com.au
— usually a reply same day.
How do the bundles work?
Each bundle is a complete smart home installation at a fixed price. Hardware, install
labour, configuration, dashboard, and 30 days of post-install support are all included.
We don't add charges later for "things we noticed on site." If you need more rooms or
features than the bundle covers, add-ons are individually priced and visible upfront.
What if I already have some smart home gear?
We work with what you have. Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Alexa, Aqara, Philips Hue,
Tesla Powerwall, Sungrow — the lot. Our hub talks to all of them. If a bundle covers
something you already own, we discount the bundle and re-use your existing gear.
Can it really be installed in one day?
Yes — that's the point of the bundled approach. We pre-configure the hub before we
arrive. The on-site time is hardware placement, network setup, dashboard build and
your handover training. First Smart Home installs in half a day. Complete in a full
day. Whole Home Plus is 1.5 days.
How does NDIS funding work for this?
Smart home installations for disability support generally fall under Mid-Cost
Assistive Technology ($1,500–$15,000), which sits in your Capital budget.
You need an OT report recommending the system — we provide them with a quote template
that matches their assessment format. No NDIA pre-approval needed. We work with
self-managed and plan-managed participants. For NDIA-managed plans we refer to a
registered provider we trust.
Do you do new builds and renovations?
Yes — and it's the best time to involve us. Engage us at design stage and we'll work
alongside your builder and sparky to spec wiring, hub locations and device placement
before walls go up. Costs a fraction of retrofitting and looks twice as clean.
Are you insured? Do you touch mains wiring?
$20M public liability + tools and contents — current certificates supplied on request.
We don't touch mains wiring — that's a licensed sparky's job. We partner with trusted
Adelaide electricians for any job needing hardwired work, and coordinate the whole
thing so you only deal with one quote and one invoice.
Do you serve regional South Australia?
Adelaide metro and Hills are no extra charge. Barossa, Fleurieu and Yorke Peninsula
attract a $200 regional fee. For mid-regional (Mt Gambier, Whyalla, Murray Bridge,
Pt Lincoln, Renmark) we partner with local sparkies and batch visits — get in touch
and we'll sort it.
What if something breaks at 9pm on a Sunday?
During your 30-day install support window: you message us and we usually fix it
remotely within an hour. After that, you're either on a Care Plan (same deal) or you
wait until business hours. This is why ~60% of customers join a Care Plan within their
first month.
